Встречи в первом туре и по верхней сетке проходят до 3-х побед, по нижней сетке до 2-х побед, с ограничением на встречу-2 часа. Вступительный взнос 2000 (50% за организацию и проведение турнира и 50% Призовой фонд). Игровое время - бесплатно. Игроки занявшие 1 место в предыдущих двух турнирах дают фору 2 шара, игроки занявшие 2 место дают фору 1 шар.
